Tony Russell offers executive coaching for individuals and teams based on 35 years of professional HR experience, gained for the most part in senior Human Resources roles in three international organisations (Nestlé, Diageo, L’Oréal).
Bi-lingual, he has experience of working across all continents of the world, and has been based in France for the past 20 years.
Tony’s career was developed in Human Resources management in three international organisations across the restaurant and hotel management and consumer goods sectors. He initially worked for Findus (Nestlé) and then Diageo (Grand Metropolitan) in the UK before joining L’Oréal in 1989 at the start of their meteoric rise to becoming the global cosmetics giant.
All of these businesses focus strongly on brands management and with strong, innovative human resources policies.
Tony has developed operational HR policies in an international context and has experience during his extensive career experience of managing and supporting executives during periods of change and transition in organisations.
In his most recent role within L’Oréal, where he was based for 25 years, he was responsible over a 6 year period for the support and development of their Top 250 executives.
This life-time career experience has evolved to a role of coach and consultant, providing support and development for executives and their teams working in the most part for international organisations.
Tony is trained in coaching techniques ( systemic, psycho-analytical and behavioural approaches) as well as using professional tools (MBTI, Lumina, DiSc, TMS, 360°…….) and offers a pragmatic, “business-based” approach. He often works in association with other leading coaches and consultants in order to provide the most comprehensive and relevant responses to organisational requirements.
Tony lives near Montpellier and is available for missions and projects world-wide in international organisations using French or English as a principal business language.
